I trust this guy in any situation. He’s just so good. Even his outs are well hit.

Aw you jinxed him. Either way, yeah, he needs an extension.

Also, Voit's speed is probably the biggest reason I wish Andujar was a fast learner at first. He would've definitely scored on that Urshela double.

Stanton's hr was 483 ft btw 121 mph, need another quick shut out inning from king and we got Judge and Stanton back up at the plate.

That one hurts. Still, only 3 runs. Far from giving up hope with this lineup.

Stanton not going for breaking balls so far it seems. Give him credit.

Exactly. Getting ahead in the count. A patient, leaner Stanton looks like an MVP

And now I can give up hope on this one. I know he's there for when the team is down and the team has an open spot because Chapman has COVID and German has been suspended, but the Yanks really couldn't find anyone better than Holder this offseason?

Sometimes you need a listen in humility before you become great. The Yankees think they know what it takes to win it all, the Nationals know what it takes, and the crazy thing is this isnt over yet need to have a big inning.

Well your not gonna put in anyone good down 7-2 in the 5th, of course if Paxton gave you 5 innings none of this is an issue.

Voit isnt even good on defense why wait put him in at 1B now. He actually looked decent at 1B.

This is great news because it eliminates the possibility of the Red Sox getting the Dodgers' farm talent and waiting a year to re-sign Mookie.

Definitely a big blow for Boston to lose that bat.

Betts I don't think ever wanted to be in Boston long term did he? He was kinda vocal (considering how quiet he is otherwise) about the racist tendencies of a unnecessarily high percentage of the Boston fanbase. That probably factored into trading him. Teams were going to offer him crazy $$$'s so it's not like Boston had any leverage there. All money equal I can't see Betts wanting to return to that type of environment.

Red Sox fans are racist? What?! Let me look at the replies to this tweet...
Read on Twitter

I'll say this about John Henry. He knows a lot of his fans are just like the ones replying to that tweet and he still put that BLM up.
Lol yeah. Its funny and scary going through the responses in the tweet.

Had Void scored there for 3-3 we would have beaten them easily. We need Masa back asap. What is it with him btw, is he coming back any soon?

YES already :censored: up on audio. I'm hearing 2 pitches and a repeat ump call on balls and strikes. And now they're struggling to fix it.

This is embarrassing, I hope Cashman is having fun watching Corbin mow us down.
