Haha so glorious watching Dal get destroyed. Curry and Draymond didn't even come back in the game  You have GSW without any serviceable bigs yet Dal enjoyed no decisive advantage on the glass and was content to chuck 3s all game while watching a layup line on defense

Why tho, the warriors just beat them by like 50

Not going to be easy to upgrade the team with such limited draft capital. But they could remove the protection from the 2023 pick and have access to the 2025 pick in a trade. Bottom line, F Dallas and F Porzingis.

How would that work on removing the protection? A trade with us?

yeah they would actually have to incentivize us to remove protections...but at this point I would hold firm

The 2021 pick is looking really good I don't want to have DAL free up the 2025 pick to get a good defender in a trade. They stink right now...lets keep it that way.

To show it’s pretty fair — Randle often had good statlines last year in L’s. Nobody here was too excited by nice offensive numbers in sound defeats.

I get a sense that they’ll deal KP. What can they get, Beal? Nah. Prolly not. But who knows. He’s still totally hyped.

Nah, we shouldn't hinder upcoming loaded draft odds to improve 2023 draft.

If I'm any other team I'm not touching KP with a 10 foot poll. 30 million per year till 2024 and he might be injured the whole time. It would be impossible to build a team with that contract. It's almost Amare levels at this point.

some Mavs fans think they should go after Beal, not realizing they don't have nearly enough to pull that off

and Beal's not on the market.

Because Oubre just dropped 40 randomly... he and the Warriors were struggling really bad to start season.

Oubre was a top 5-7 pick prospect in HS though, I think he's a late bloomer and can be an All Star one day, Warriors are lucky to get him on the cheap.

KP is not active on the court. In the recap of the game I just watched he was just standing around, definitely not aggressive as a help defender which was his big contribution on defense in the past. It looks like his legs are shot and he's mostly a catch and shoot guy now. He can shoot threes, but so can players who cost much less.

These are the types of losses that make you believe Dallas wont make the playoffs. Their two best players put up solid stats but they get decimated anyway. It's totally demoralizing and points to deep flaws within that team. You can bet other teams are studying the blue print on how to beat that team.

it honestly DOES look like he lost some mobility. the thing that stands out to me is that he's a lot more flat footed. I also think his BBIQ for defending as a C is really low.

when you think about it, he's really not used to defending in the restricted area because most of his time has been at PF and defending stretch 4s. We already know he's got 0 bbiq and now its even worse because hes not used to anticipating the action in the paint.

Kinda weird to say it, maybe he gained too much weight LOL.
