Thibs has his flaws and mostly everyone should know what they are and have been since he was made the coach of The Bulls in 2010 after Vinny Del Negro.

But is it necessary to destroy him in every game day, post game, appreciation threads, trade talks and more.

It’s getting exhausting.

Yes, and I need to concede this point as well. The Pills regime would stock up on one position but not identify the right players so they could make a good deal. Knicks made a seemingly redundant move with Donte/IQ with full intention of balancing the roster via an IQ trade. Grown ass man stuff since both IQ and RJ were beloved by at least a portion of the fanbase.

Gee. How many times did I try to mention this during the offseason? :D

That they'd look to trade IQ?

I don't know. You say a lot of things that range from serious, half serious, and parody so it's hard to kern.

I felt it was likely they'd try to do that... but they needed to do it.

Somewhere in there I usually said that Donte was a good depth signing that would enable them to deal IQ or Grimes. No, I did not see RJ being traded.

I hope he has a monster postseason so he can finally start getting some respect. Cause people really obsess about his shortcomings in a way that they just don't for other players who are around his level.

I get that he's not always the most aesthetically pleasing watch, he's not the kind of super high IQ player that people love, and some of his spots aren't "good shots"...there's a reason I was a hater at first too lol...but he's still a really good player who makes a huge impact for this team.

We're lucky to have two All-NBA caliber players...plus an All-defensive team guy...all in their primes.

I don’t totally disagree but also it’s not like these errors are aesthetic. Cmon. These errors don’t seem like a big deal in a win but they’re gonna cost you games.

Now, I will concede that he probably can only play this way. Like all of life you take the good with the bad.

Which lower level All-NBA guy doesn’t have flaws that will cost their teams games? Giannis, Luka, & Joel have flaws that cost their teams games.

You already know the answer to this. I'll say it one more time then. Randle gives up on the team at crunch time way too often. No star player tanks with the game on the line. Randle does it. A LOT. He stands around doing zero on defense at crunch time.

The exception is when Randle does have his head in the game when it is on the line. It is almost a shock and surprise to see his brain dialed in on defense at crunch time. His constant end of the game lapses are inexcusable.

Well, he's not RJ Barrett so it's ok!

Well...when you have people talking him up and basically calling others idiots for not liking him, people respond. Plus, there's no one and nothing else left to not like except Josh Harts contract and unreasonable minutes. BOTH of those things are Thibs fault.

I can't wait for a superstar to agree to come here -- but only IF Dolan moves the practice facility to Manhattan.

How many coaches are better than him? Lue, Spo, Pop, and Kerr? I don’t think I’m forgetting anyone major. You probably can make a case that he’s the 5th best coach in the league right now. Even if you the Vogul’s and Mike Browns of the world more than him, he’s not far behind them.
