Because Deuce has a cock-back and release motion he doesn't have a super fast trigger like Donte, but he is getting very decisive about taking the shot now which kind of makes it a quick release after all.

Mitch was having a great season before he went down. He looks to be rounding back into shape at the right time.

Another thought - Brunson was off but probably well aware that by drawing the defense in we'd have an advantage on the offensive glass. We had a ton of putbacks off his misses where he drew out Embiid. I think that was a semi intentional counter to their blitzing.
