Agree with OP. The amount of times Brunson/KAT have been knocked down on DRIVES is very high. Knicks need to press up on Hali and when he drives, take a hard but clean foul.

Don't have KAT guard Siakam (especially if Bradley is in the game).

Post OG against Nembhard.

Post KAT against Siakam (if KAT and Mitch are both in there).

Press Hali with Wright and Deuce - tire him out - also, they won't have 21 seconds left on the clock once they cross mid-court.

I'd take my shots in a game 6 coin flip end with game 7 looming, if we somehow get there we win the series, 1 game at a time

I expect nothing less from these Cardiac Knicks. The completely on-brand finish would include a Game 5 demolition where OG, Bridges, and our two All-Stars look like the best 4-man group on Earth. Followed immediately by a total meltdown drama-fest in Game 6.

I just realized that Mikal is taking more shots per game in this series than KAT, and he's only taking .3 shots less than KAT in the playoffs. What the ****? KAT should be averaging 20 shots per game, and Mikal/OG should be scaled back.

I keep saying this there is something fundamentally wrong with this team. It could be coaching, it could be Brunson being selfish, or it could be KAT being passive. I think the truth is somewhere in the middle and it’s the biggest reason I think one of (or maybe even two of) Thibs, Brunson, or KAT won’t be here next season.

I like the idea of Mikal going at Hali, if he's actually making shots, but if he's not all his shots should just go to KAT

With Mikal in particular, he seems to be trying to play like, "Don't be afraid, take your shots," but he's sort of still afraid and the shots are mindless. So, worst of both worlds.

His passing seems average at best, whereas he started the season showing some promise there. I think he's a guy who never worked as hard as he needed to, or was kind of a flash in the pan which happens to players -- everybody still sees the one or two years they performed but they start to become the exception and not the rule.
