Knicks need to get rid of both Kolek and Dadiet to make room for Shamet and Matthews.

Too bad McCullars is on a two way. He could've been going too.

missed it, but sounds like my guy Deuce looked good.

Hopefully we experiment more with different lineup combos during the preseason and season

What did you think about Matthews? He looks really solid to the point a decision has to be made regarding who’s gonna make the team/get traded

He's got to do it again. If he does, we need a sharp shooter like this.

The pace was much faster than last yr which isnt saying much but it’s hard to tell how effective it’s gonna be after their first game together. Main points I noticed is that of course everybody was rusty outside of Deuce & Mathew’s. Duece definitely took a leap in the right direction. His handle is much more tight & the shot still looks good. Matthew’s is a legit sniper and it looks like he’s gonna make the team. Clarkson is a chuck and Yabu is an even slower foot defender than Kat. I’ll give it another game or 2 before we can see what their true identity will be.

We looked terrible. KAT and Mitch pairing just looks bad. As far as our style of play, well we don’t milk the clock to take bad shots anymore we just do it earlier in the clock now

Mitch did play great. It has less to do with Mitch because his impact will be the same no matter where he plays because he's just an impactful player.

The starting group still look disjointed as a whole to start and the offense looked clunky. I think we had 10 pts with 5 minutes to go in the 1st qtr. After that point I don't think we ran much double big and the offense started opening up.

Mitch can still play great off the bench, but ball knowers here who watched him with the starters, know full well the other 4 aren’t at their best with him starting.

Being a Mitch fan instead of a Knicks fan is sad!

it didn't go perfectly for the first 5 minutes so lets change it all lol. brunson was 2-8 playing in this new offense so we should probably bench him too or fire mike brown if we're making decisions this quick.

p.s. we were starting a guy who won't even be in the rotation. he went 1 for 6, 0-5 from 3 by the way.

Looked like a Thibs team that never practiced together, as far as the starters.

No OG, sprained his hand, riding a camel apparently.

Hart hurt his back during the game but everyone hates Hart now so no worries there.

Dadiet started and looks like he should come off the bench. In China.

Clarkson looks like a shot maker inside and a shot clanker from 3

Deuce stood out among almost everyone.

Mitch grabbed a lot of rebounds and gave up as many interior cuts/dunks.

Brunson was either fine or dominated the ball and sucked, depending on your agenda.

KAT and Mitch looks clunky, but hey.

Brogdon checked in late and the lineup with him, Huk, Matthews, Shamet and somebody looked good, really good ball movement, Matthews shot is pure. However, it was against Philly's 4th string. Still, you can see the legit PG/all around play that Brogdon brings.

Kolek scored on a few floaters but we don't care because Shamet and Matthews need to make the team.

Diawara is raw but you can see the potential. Still several years away. He's tall as f*ck. Like, as tall as Huk. But a wing.

McCullars is ass. In 3 years, he has a chance to be bootleg Shamet.
