If lebron goes to miami, he will always be known as Robin to Wade's Batman. Wade was there first, and he is the face of the franchise of the heat. If lebron wants to be known as the greatest he needs to build his own legacy, and be the face of his own franchise. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with that, or if lebron even has a problem playing the Robin on the Heat, but all I know is what I said is a FACT.

-Knicks aren't on the list because Walsh is getting old. There is no telling how much longer he would be around. I'm not talking about death or anything of that sort, but as for being around the team. His future is in doubt because he is older

-Another reason why the Knicks aren't on the list is Mike D'Antoni. From talking to players in Phoenix, D'Antoni doesn't mention defense 5 times a year. Every answer for D'Antoni is offense. They can give up 60 points and the answer will still be offense.

He is taken phone calls right now if I remembered the number I would call. Does anyone remember the phone number he gave out? I can't possibly see Lebron in Miami though. I think its Knicks, Cleveland, and Chicago. I just can't see him going to Miami. People always doubted his competitive fire, but he can't take this damage to his legacy. It doesn't make sense to me. I'm giving Stephen A the benefit of the doubt because of him saying he is putting himself on the line with this one, but I just can't see it.

Sign Lebron and then sign and trade Beasley to Toronto for Bosh and a near max contract.

And then what? No more money left to sign anybody, and they are stuck with 5 players (assuming their second rounders make the roster).

And I will say that the guy deserves credit for coming right out with a clear and rare opinion in all of this and putting it on the line.

That is how I'm viewing it. Miami is a huge darkhorse in this. I can see Bosh going there, but not Lebron. He is the first reporter to go out on the line like this. Every reporter has said source this, source that, but he said he is putting himself on the line with this one. That is the only reason I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt on this one. Its such a darkhorse, I don't see why he would take the risk with this. It doesn't make sense to put his credibility on the line for a few viewers. The guy who told him this, must have told Stephen A that is was ok to report this. His credibility is on the line as well. This is to big for him to randomly report right now.

Trying not to believe it but dam if the reason is danphony and his no d mindstate you can't blame Lebron if this i true, and if we did what we did for Joe Johnson and Amare, then Walsh and Danphony have to be let go period. this no defense thing is big on me too..

I personally believe that Walsh cannot overcome the D'Anphony obstacle--it's just a way too hard sell to someone like Lebron who wants a defensive mindset.
