Eh I'm tempted to do this again because it is fun but it never seems to have a fitting conclusion considering how much extra effort myself and others have put into it.

That being said, I'd like to be a judge.

that's too bad, you did a good job last time with the spreadsheets. I might be willing to step down too if there's a lot of demand for teams. I think we should do a sim this time though, out of all the BATs that seems to be the only way we ever finished this thing.

30 owners, snake draft. Judging based on categories (win now/future/salary cap/etc.) and/or SIM. Is a lot of fun, but time consuming and doesn't always finish as a result. Which is why we need people to step up as admins.

Not sure why a new topic will do it?, but I will give it a bump. If interest does not increase/potential administrators do not step up, then I guess we'll just have to admit it is a loss cause.

Welp, this will probably not get going until after the offseason, but I just wanted to say I don't want to be the Sixers anymore after they just passed us for the 6th seed.

I will take the Knuggets instead. (Please don't infer anything about my fandom hurr-durr from this!)

Can I make a few suggestions for this time around?

The draft should be done quicker. These things drag out forever, the 8 hrs then 6 hrs and so between picks is just way to long. By the time all 12 rds are done its ten days later.

We should do the draft FANTASY STYLE.

Everybody comes at a designated time and picks- 3 to 5 min max between picks. It's the fastest, fairest and best way to do it.

So basically, everyone has to do their homework b4 the draft and draw up their own draft boards and pick accordingly.

The sim should definitely be used again as it was the best BAT we had.

Everything else judges, and other criteria should remain.

Build a team is for the offseason...not mid february. This signup shouldnt even count since it is 2 months old and the peopel signed up might not even be available to play anymore.

I';ll take the nuggets tho if this thread is going to continue to be used, even though i dont think it should be since its 2 months old.
