im waiting for the next game vs the rockets.. Harrelson foulin the shyt out of mutie and melo droppin 40 on Morris.. would be a feel good story for me

if everyone on this board can talk mess about melo's defense because it is somewhat substandard most of the time ...but somehow morris doesn't have the right ....no he can talk all he wants , but unfortunately for him he's no anonymous poster melo will have every right to ignore him or light his lesser twin butt up.

Because one of them seemed serious with this stuff and the other was trying to use some European humor in their speech. There's no hypocrisy in that....Morris took a shot at a popular Knicks player hence the thread.

I don't have a problem with motivating yourself by saying your gonna be a great player and that other teams will pay for skipping on you(Singleton of WSH said that) but lets not attack someone you've never met before and try and start a war with them.

Exactly how is it hypocritical to get pissed when dude talks stupid ish about our guy and not care if they talk about non-Knicks? Sounds normal to me. We care about our own.

I love the trash talk...are you kidding me? I am a Rex Ryan/Jets fan. But Morris has done nothing in the league and it isn't like Melo is gonna be the man standing in his way towards accomplishing his dream. Just seemed like a random jab from out of nowhere.

That changes the story then, as now I don't question Marcus' comments as bad since he at least respects Melo(Though he might be trying to defuse the situation :lol:

).....but I do think Melo is gonna be motivated by the comments to really take it out on Morris and HOU. I do question him mentioning Melo's D though, might come back to bite him.

these clowns can talk all the trash they want, but they are talking about two of the NBA's elite young veteran players.. Howard is a beast and melo was a beast since he was 18 winning a NCAA championship in college..

Morris and this other bozo really are lucky they were in a weak draft or else they would be looking at late first round drafts... either guy will be happy if they can be rotation players..

it is funny. draft picks are cocky, happy, excited and they are very confident about their abilities.. that is until the games start....
