Read the books. It's a lot more fun to compare the show to them and trying to analyze every single thing they change.

How fast do dragons grow? Looks like they are growing pretty quickly. If so why not justwait a few years until they are full size before setting off to take the world back?
Whats the deal with that assassin guy that the youngest Stark daughter met awhile back? Is he making a return at some point?

Anyway, figured we could talk about something else besides the Knicks for a moment.
So, ........... (NO SPOILER Responses) .........
Doesn't the little Stark girl seem to be setting up for some big time vengeance?
Who finds the sassy warrior chick oddly sexy?
Isn't the Kalesi pretty savvy building an army by freeing slaves?
Arya is on some Tupac sh*t; I love it! However, the actress (Maisie Williams) has not aged well at all: a euphemism in respect for a child actress.
Natalia Tena "Osha" has one of the most sexiest and promiscuous dispositions I've ever seen from a professional actress. Conversely, her elegance and poise enigmatically obfuscates my inclination to label her a harlot.

Bottom line, I'd smash this chick with no condom for a month!
And Yoooooooooooo, how about Robb Stark's chick! Guuuuwd Godddz: old and new!
And real talk!! If I could be really real, son. If I could be really real! I found the hot tub scene where Breinne of Tarth stood up to confront Jamie mildly tumescent. (No Homo)
Real talk ... Prego Red Woman.... Damn

I'm gonna start reading the books based on the powerful endorsements in this thread. But I split my reading up (one fiction book then one non-fiction book and so on and so forth) so this endeavor will be time consuming...which I don't mind at all.

Re: OT: Still Watching GAME OF THRONES?
For the people that have read the book (and, in a way, to those who haven't):
I have found a blog that kinda sums up the whole story of Westeros/Essos, wayyyy before our current timeline. Even having read all the books, I still found it really interesting and educational. Stuff we only see mentioned in the show, or even in the books, as the first men, the andals, valyria, aegon targaryen, and how did the dragons first appear are all explained there. It really helps setting a background of the current story, so that you can understand who was Aeris, how did Robert and Ned Stark meet, who are the Tyrells, the Lannisters, the Baratheons, and how did they come to be.
http://thewertzone.blogspot.com.br/2011 ... art-1.html
(It goes up to part 4. Just change the link).
There are no spoilers either for the books or for the shows, since it's all stuff that happens before.
Enjoy
edit: actually, there are some spoilers as you progress along the text, since it gets up to the 4th book, so if you only watch the show, read the first parts, and stop reading when they get to where we are in the shows.

Very cool. I don't mind spoiling things, I have a vivid imagination still so that if/when I get around to reading the books (or the series gets to that point) I'm still good to go.

THAT''S NOT a Spoiler...that's about as much as a spoiler as saying, At the end of The Two Towers, someone wins.

Re: OT: Still Watching GAME OF THRONES?
Look at it this way, people who have read all 5 books and 2 chapters realeased from book 6, STILL don't know what the hell is going to happen as it goes down to the wire in the final 2 books. This series runs AGAINST convention of the typical fantasy BS you read in the Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, etc.
There are WHOLE websites devoted to trying to figure out/predict the ending. So believe me when I say, the last 2 seasons STILL haven't reveled what is the most important thing in the series...I'm wondering when the hell they are going to explain that vital info to clue every one in on what's going on...
NOT stince LOST have people been this obsessive with theories...

1} read the books! they are way way way better and you would love them. really, read them.
2} hold onto your damn seats because things just keep getting more insane! you aint seen nothing yet
I only recently started the first book (On page 400).
Doing so, and watching all 3 seasons. I wish I had read the books first.
Do yourself a huge favor and stop watching the series while you are reading until you catch up and pass this season.

I agree with ITGM...Osha is kinda like a pair of thongs that Sofia Vergara has been wearing for a week...it may be nasty but you just gotta out of curiosity...you know.

Actually it is a spoiler. Even though you didn't give specific names, you basically just spoiled what's going to happen before the end of the 4th season. The fact that you don't even realize this shows your lack of self awareness. And this isn't the first time that you couldn't help yourself.

Not before...if you're going to insult me. Get it right please...
Edit: And that's IF...they follow the book but already they already started mixing bits of Dance with Dragons in this season, editing out characters and combining a few.
And as we know from the Walking Dead...no one said they can't/won't deviate. The show has changed quite a few variables but cleverly made them look seamless.
