I don't think there is necessarily anything wrong with someone having it (don't see a major advantage). Unless you spend all that time updating rosters I don't know the specific value it has, because Bish provides us with all the screenshots in terms of ratings that we need.

The biggest positive of having the sim? No more rotation spreadsheets with issues bish needs to guess on. Now I just get the screenshot. Outside of that there's no real benefit. NBA.com > the sim. I started playing 2k a lot again as well and I do my own ratings for 2k so I'm very intimate with the raw numbers of most players in the league.

I love my excel spreadsheet. I have all these different iterations if someone gets injured..

Ain't no way... I would've definitely brought in on that his advanced numbers and +/- has always been great.

You see that 2010, Reaves got the e-balla tax now!

I used to love that but now I got 20 save files with different rotations for Bish lol. Only issue is when I can't get to my desktop because I still don't have a computer desk in my apartment so I gotta send in a cliff notes version but they've been working out for me so IDK.

with that contract...and if he finishes the year strong with that EFF

He's also going to have a sneaky Drawing Fouls rating. Nearly 4 attempts per game with his limited shots.

Giannis is like the best in the 60% FTr

Then you have Embiid in the high 50% FTr

The you have someone like SGA who is elite for guards in the 52% rate

Then you have Reaves just under 52%....he has a knack for drawing fouls which is a great skill set to have in the SIM since foul trouble is a big factor.

To be fair with bench guys they don't get FTs right at all historically. Maybe they will next year though.

maybe but mitch doesn't take a lot of shots and has a high drawing fouls rating because his FT attemps per shot attempt is pretty high. Same for guys like Giannis and Gobert...ect...

Reaves drawing foul is pretty decent at 52 rating in the SIM and that was off just decent free throw numbers...he's gotten way better. I expect that to be a pretty substantial increase for him.

SGA is going to be a menace next year fouling out all the guards. It's one of Giannis best qualities...in the SIM you know whoever is playing Giannis is going to play under 20 minutes no matter how good they are

Spurs completely own my team, but hey at least JJJ how 10 stocks in a game, 5 steals and 5 blocks. We get Carter back in two days and it'll be nice to see how we perform as a healthy team.

Man Hezi has a monster on the exempt list. Kris Dunn is about to be a beast in the sim next year.

I just might be shopping Trae in the off season. A 1st, PG, and Wing will be what I am looking for. Once he is dealt, don't say I did not mention him being on the block.

It's basically set in stone Vezenkov is headed to the states soon. The Kings GM and VP are apparently headed to Athens to watch him play.

More fun facts:

Giannis averaged 29.3/8.8/4.7 on 65 TS% at EuroBasket.
Lauri averaged 27.9/8.1/2.4 on 68 TS% at EuroBasket.
Vezenkov averaged 26.8/12.2/2.2 on 64 TS% at EuroBasket.
Luka averaged 26.0/7.7/6.6 on 60 TS% at EuroBasket.
Jokic averaged 21.7/10.0/4.3 on 71 TS% at EuroBasket.

These were the top 5 scorers during the EuroBasket tournament in 2022. Obviously the rules are different, as are the strength of teams and the strengths and weaknesses of individual players, but 4 of these guys are NBA stars with 4+ ratings in the sim and the other is possibly headed to the Kings after (most likely) winning a Euroleague MVP leading the tournament in PPG and RPG (he'll be the first player ever to do this if he keeps it up). I'm praying for that Kings big 3. Hopefully they decide to properly utilize Vezenkov.

I might be interested in acquiring Trae and Embiid.

If I learned one thing it's that Buzzard will 100% trade away very talented players for nickels if he thinks it'll make his team fit better.

I am not afraid to trade anyone. My goal is to win a championship. If someone makes me a offer I think gets me closer to that goal, I am all in. No one is safe on my team except Kennard with a no trade clause.
