But, in all seriousness, I remember the day RJ was drafted and he cried on national television at the joy of becoming a KNICK. He wanted to be here and I respect that. Too bad it didn't work out, but I wish all the best for him!!

Maple Mamba is going to go off like Lauri did when he went to Utah. His shot is fixed (look at ft%).

The hope he brought when he was drafted was really fun. I remember there being a lot of doubts about how his game would translate to the pros, but on draft night, in his pink suit, being selected by a team he grew up liking, there was HOPE. Sucks so much of the negative predraft analysis was accurate and it all played out like this.

3rd overall picks two years on either side of RJ in 2019 are Tatum, Luka, LaMelo, and Mobley. Just couldn't catch a break.

Thank you RJ for coming thru in the playoffs and helping us get to the 2nd round. If anything, RJ was resilient and found a way to bounce back. The fit here was just not good and too many down moments. Maybe the future will be better for all

Tron has been bitching all day about how us re-signing RJ is why we didn't extend Quick, ignoring the fact we extended Hart a full year after we extended RJ. Clearly we had room to give out a big extension, but we chose to give it to Hart instead of Quick

Regardless of if his contract is bad or not, we chose Hart over Quick.

I believe Q wanted more money and wanted to start. Thibs wasn't going to start him. You can't pay your 6man 25 million a year. Bad cap percentage management

His contract will be 12% of the cap that's what you want in a role player
