So is it possibly that Thibs didn't want OG on Wemby the whole game then he wouldn't be in foul trouble and be able to aggressively guard him in crunch time? No, I suppose nobodies on the forum were right that he's a dummy and the refs certainly wouldn't be able to foul saddle OG by crunch the way they had KAT on the bench so much with the whistle.

Is there a coach in the league that wouldn't put brunson back in though? It's not like deuce was lighting it up - though that stretch that got us back in the game was a lot about the defense and bridges going off.

That is the challenge with this team at times... Brunson and Kat can be exploited on defense so if they're off on the other end it's a pretty big negative.

I agree though I thought we were very fortunate that there were no stoppages in play. Spurs prob should have called timeout. Brunson was at the scorers table for awhile while we went on the run. He comes in earlier and we probably lose.

Mikal is crazy good at picking his spots and just rising up. But yeah, Josh was everywhere.

We won this game like a last year game with Mikal taking on the brunson role. Only 5 turnovers and 17 offensive rebounds is how we were able to survive Wemby game and sochan playing out of his ass.
