Free throws, with Music!

Mitch does well shooting FTs here, but there's no defense like only he feels in a game.

That form is broken.

It's SOOOO much better than last year. And it looks better now than it did in July. He actually has some arc on his shot.

Hitting the rim; good to see improvement!

It’s wild how skilled nba players are in an open gym. You’d never want Mitch taking a jumper in a real game but he can make it rain by himself.
I'm apart of a Knicks podcast! You Should check it out!

How is it that nobody on the staff just tells him, practice jump hooks, and develop a floater so that if you can't dunk you can put up a shot like that.

His entire offseason should just be 1000 freethrows a day, 500 hook shots with each hand, 1000 floaters. Like, you're not taking threes in a game, not ever so why practice it.

It's encouraging to see Mitch getting some arc on his FTs instead of the flat balls he was tossing up. I will be interested to find out if it translates to during the season, or will he revert to his previous habits.

Although, from what I saw in that video he needs to have that guy hold up the blocker during games because that's when he was hitting more of them....maybe a ref can do it or one of the ball boys.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

It's AI.

He looks toned down. I like it. Good on him. If he can be that lob threat again, whoa. I'm more interested in watching him continue his chemistry with OG and Mikal. I feel like our defense will look much better after a full training camp.

Hes still a lob threat.
Its just he doesn't have guards that looked out for him like Immanuel Quickly and RJ Barret.

I lost count how many times Jalen Brunson and Mikal Bridges missed the opportunity. They got tunnel vision when it comes to Mitch.

Knicks need a pass first point guard.

I think Malcolm Brogdon is out out the picture.

He hasn't been healthy enough in the last 2+ season to be a lob threat. On top of that, lob passes requires a level of chemistry you simply can't built with him out. No a coincidence you mention two players who were traded when the latest set of injuries started because they had the most chemistry with him.
