But Zeke is quickly running out of excuses for why this team sucks, and once the excuses are gone, the next step is usually a shakeup/distraction.

and thats exactly why i wouldnt want to do it. im not interested in gm's making moves to distract us or save their asses.

im only interested in moves that make us a better team for "us" the fans.

Lee, Nate and Malik Rose for Artest and Justin Williams (with Artest somehow being extended as part of the deal since you don't want Mr. Unstable suddenly deciding he wants to go elsewhere at seasons end and then taking all the time he needs to get better since the last thing we need is Artest to spark the Knicks to an almost playoff visit).

You are highly wrong. As I stated before people get locked up for writing things they meant as a figure of speach. When talking about shooting someone, it is usually taken literally and not just as a figure of speech.

Im just here schooling some of you young bucks. Take it for what it's worth.

Peace
You guys had better listen to Air Padden. What you say or write can be held against you even if you think that it is a joke.

u dont trade balkman he plays defense n does what lee does. lee plays no defense if u can get artest n justin williams(shotblocker makes Curry expendable hellooooo) 4 lee n either n8(hope not I like n8 on this team) or jones plus a second pull the trigger.
u improve your defense add youth n a pick plus a defensive guy who can score. plus u still have ur pick in 1st round.

Hahn said it best in his newsday blog'

Artest is a piece of the puzzle if you already have the main pieces, the knicks dont even know what the puzzle looks like. No point in trading for him.

I can see a sign and trade in the offseason that has this:

Balkman, Nate, Malik Rose and Mardy Collins for Ron Artest and Kenny Thomas deal

Yup. The only way to trade the few assets we have is to combine them with a big contract and get an expiring and/or a pick back.

would anyone do?
Jeffries. Robinson, Lee for Artest and 1st rd pick, where we could pick up Blake Griffin to replace Lee. I remember during the 07 draft others said they weren't willing to deal Lee for anybody outside Oden/Durant.

So you want the Kings to give up Artest, their lottery pick, and take on 1 of the 5 worst contracts in the league? Uhh, yeah, sure.

Yes, but this is BEFORE the trade deadline, so Isiah gets away with his weasel words again :-P

Kings have no leverage, give them Balkman + Malik. They don't accept then screw 'em.

Your not kidding? I will forward this to NYPD Intelligence and the Station House that covers MSG. What's wrong with you? Did you ever figure out that a life is not worth taking? This is just a game son. RELAX

Don't play like that. In case you don't know, I am a Retired NYC Police Officer, so it would be wise to keep it clean. How old are you anyway?

You made a threat and put it in writing? Damn, some people are just plain stupid.

If you read closer...he writes He will be shot...he didnt say he was doing the shooting. But I agree, if Lee is traded, thats the last straw for Isiah.

I dont see why Isiah wouldn't trade Nate for Artest. That is more the point here. Nate is short , not a great defender against taller guards. Certainly not the same calibre as Artest. I do Nate ,Balkman & Filler to get Artest in a second. Lee doesn't have to be included.......

He did not write it as a joke. Although we all know that he was kidding around and not serious. I just had to let him know, it's not a good idea to joke like that. We all know that there is a ton of hate out there for Zeke. Can't hide that fact. What if some idot happens to take a shot at Zeke?

Hate to be redundant, but I have witnessed stupidity like that first hand. I guess hazing doesn't ring a bell.

EX. Sorry your Honor, we did not mean to kill him we just pushed him off a small hill in a barrel. We did not know he was going to get crushed by the 16 wheeler. My point is, one should not joke about shooting someone and then say "I am not kidding"

Too many people are incarcerated for just playing around.
