Harris is better than Nate, hands down. Last year he put up 21ppg on 15 shots while Nate put up 17ppg on 14 shots, in D'antoni's system. They have very similar field goal percentages but Harris gets to the line a lot more. Harris is a better defender and can guard 1's and 2's. Nate's a better shooter from long range but that's about the only edge he has over Harris.
As for Lopez, he isn't going to grow significantly as a player, but that's fine. He won't be an all-star, might have 1 or 2 appearances, but he's going to be a solid center in this league for years. I'm thinking 16-18 pts, 9-10 rebounds, 2-2.5 blocks in a couple of years.
