I'm happy to see a Torontonian resurrecting the hopes of Knicks fandom worldwide. This is the least we can do after Ujiri fleeced you guys many times.

I personally think RJ will go down as the best player in the draft. Zion will be a perennial All-Star no doubt but his game doesn't translate to the NBA as finely as it did in college. It's mostly hype with him and the fact that he was playing with a star studded Duke squad.

I’m here for Mitch throwing one back in his face

mitch has zero reason to be at summer league.

He's going there to get up some threes vs competition.

Rj can fit a lot of lineups. The common denominator to me right now is that I would like him with the ball in his hands to be able to initiate his offense.

Beat writers really do ask some stupid questions sometimes. Nobody with common sense would expect RJ to carry the major load of the Knicks and propel them all by himself.

I loved his response tho. "I just got here man, what kind of question is this?".

Even Mills had to shut Berman down asking about free agency in a draft player intro. What a dummy.

Yeah I loved that moment too and I loved his assertiveness answering that terrible question!

Personally I think he will be fine and will get better but I see alot of people criticizing him and saying how Knicks fans should be concerned.

Not gonna lie the breakdown msg did on his shot had me slightly worried because his release point is kinda low.

Raptors winning the championship has the absolute biggest asterisk next to it and everyone knows. KD and Thompson play and you guys lose 4-1.

That's a bouncey 5.

But unfortunately not a team which will win more than 20 games.
Tanking again, I suppose. Is there any other way?

It just hit me, when he said they made him watch old Knicks games that Ewing/Starks was before he was born. Knicks have only been awful in his whole existence (save for 1 season). I feel old lol.

What I think RJ will do for us, above all else this season, is make it more attractive for Free Agents to consider joining RJ in the Blue and Orange.
