What special teams coach comes with his own staff?

I mean I guess I understand going with the coach you believe is going to build this franchise back up. But to be sold on him don’t you also have to be sold on his potential coaching staff?


It’s weird to say this is our guy now let’s hire a staff together. Usually these guys come with reco’s on who they would hire.

I think the Giants just wanted a CEO style leader/culture builder as the HC. The rest is details.

I actually like the idea of a ST coach or a coach that will be a team leader. I’m tired of these OC’s that have no idea how to run or manage a team. I just think if you do that you also need to have strong coordinators. The fact no one knows who these guys are is concerning. Especially if that dummy DG is going to be part of the hiring process

i really don't get the backlash over hiring joe judge, nobody knew who the hell he was before interviewing with the giants.

people don't know how hard it is to have a special teams unit be good year in and year out, the attention to detail is all there.. he doesn't have any bias towards offense/defense, only execution.

besides, rhule used the giants to get more money ... so his heart was never there.
