I think without Harden the Bucks are the favorite in this series. The Nets big two playing heavy playoff minutes is a big deal to me, and the Bucks have the better defense (of the ever style in, who knows).

I'm definitely not saying that the Nets are somehow a borderline playoff team without Harden or anything.

Bucks are Knicks level cold shooting in this game. It's depressing. How do you get shook by this atmosphere?

I just can't bring myself into trusting Middleton against Kyrie or KD in crunch time of a close game.

Oh, totally. I'm not saying I trust any of these Milwaukee motherf*ckers  . I don't. But trying to be objective over 7 games, I think MIL should be better without Harden playing.

This eerily reminds me of the '06 Heat-Dallas series when a 70 year old Alonzo Mourning was shattering the Mavs' frontline more than Shaq. It wasn't even the superstar duo we expected that was doing tearing the Mavs apart.

And Giannis ain't Dirk.

they're on pace to give up 130 points on 50% shooting their defense isn't holding up

we're sort of in the post-defense era of basketball

I was TOLD that the bucks defense was going to be the key to winning this series and i'm feeling LIED to.

Oddly enough, the Bad Boys team was kind of like that too.

But if you don't have one of the best players it's kinda your only long shot.

i'm not wingo's age so i'm not super familiar with 80s teams. but weren't most of them 1 star teams except for the lakers with kareem and magic.

Mchale was nice but was he a star? Dumars was nice but he wasn't really a star either, eh.

but like I said that is before my time. so i'm not sure

He was one of the best Power forwards to play the game.

Parish was no slouch either.

the nets don't even seem to be trying hard yet. they're just casually scoring over and over. they'll play defense in the last 5 minutes and end this.

It's funny how they black out the audience at Barclays to hide that nobody is sitting in the nosebleeds...

Only people there are some out of towners and their coke dealers.

It’s all sham’s fault the Nets got KD, Kyrie and Harden and he’s trying to make me the villain here. The unmitigated gall

Ehhhhhhhh...I don't know man, guys at the hospital for an MRI. He missed a month last time.

And now Kyrie and Durant play increased minutes at playoff intensity. Nets still have a great shot, but at least they have now taken a hit like the rest of the field.

The best pair? I'd think nature has given the Bulls the biggest pair.

The Nets also treated the regular season like a joke so I think they are better than the bucks in a shootout in a playoff environment
