Maxey with that sexy 4:1 assist to turnover ratio. And he's basically in the 50-40-90 club. There is no rational human who would take IQ over Maxey. And that's not necessarily a knock on IQ. Maxey is just really good.

To start the season, Maxey has
- a 6.5:1 assist to turnover ratio
- 51% on 20.4 FGA / 43% on 8.0 3PA / 93% on 4.8 FTA

Which is insane considering his insane stat line

28.6 PPG 5.4 RPG 7.2 APG 1.0 SPG 1.0 BPG

Maxey may be a tad more efficient for IQ a better defender. Im good with that, especially at the price

It's really not a matter of role, the big separator between them is that Maxey can get to the rim through self creation in the halfcourt or transition and is a much better finisher when he gets there. He's a 3 level scorer, while IQ is a two level scorer, whens the last time you saw IQ get to the rim for a layup in the halfcourt? The issue though is that in the playoffs refs call the game tighter and a large part of IQs game is foul baiting, it's a big reason why he has struggled offensively in the playoffs. That's why Embiid and Harden have been less effective in the playoffs as well.

They’re both good guards and there’s nothing I really wanted to point out here. Maxey has been incredible and bumping this was just a joke. We really need to control him now and it just goes to show how much he’s grown: we’re very good defensively, but he can’t be stopped.

I wonder if he’s been reading this thread …
