Schweinsteiger and Özil play like they're already some of the best creative midfielders in all of soccer, Müller and Podolski are on a major run themselves. Klose looks like a man on a mission again.
this team not only has the same spirit and overwhelming defense as the surprising team of four years ago, it now also has one of the world's best creative midfields. Add Klose's killer instinct and you're looking at the future world champion. I thought it was going to be Spain, but they will get beat. It is amazing how those young players evolved, so much fun.

So what happened????

Muller was not playing do to the bull yellow card he got against Argentina even though a player on Arg did the same thing (even worse) before him and got nothing... But Spain played great and deserved to win.

An essential modification happened. The did not compete.

I don't know, why every team tries to change their tack to defense when playing against us? I don't think that Spain cannot be beaten. But if you don't attack, you won't score. Ergo: you won't win the game.
Thank God, Spain stayed focused all the time. Germany played the best soccer of all teams until now, I really don't get it why they changed their playing style.

they scored in the 3rd minute against argentina and that changed the whole game. they beat up on england cause, frankly, england wasn't that good. in the goup stage they didn't exactly light everyone on fire except for australia.

i will say though, i thought their counter attack was amazing. probably the best in the world. they really made it look easy. that was the scariest part of their game. that's why the first goal of the game was so important.

Argentinas loss was only to be blamed on Maradona and his lack of coaching skills. Im not taking any credit away from Germany, they were by far the best team next to the Dutch, BUT Spain is a very good team and you can clearly see that they dominated this game right from the start.

Spain is by far my favorite team and then there is Argentina. To see Argentina lose broke my heart, but the blame goes to their coaching staff and their coaching staff only.

After the first goal against Germany he clearly chose a poor defensive strategy in that game , and he doesn't know how to organize his team.

Spain took on the role of Italy, one good game in the whole tournament and they're in the finals. I feel sorry for Germans, they are by far the most interesting team to watch and will be insanely good in 4 years. Now let's hope Holland destroys Spain.

I like to see the most consistent team to win. And Germans are more fun to watch, Spain without Villa wouldn't make it out of the group stage.

I hope the Dutch get spanked in this.
