The deadline for trading draft picks is over according to CBS Sports. I guess that means we didn't get any for tonight's draft?

You can still buy them during the draft if I am correct.

No. That just means that you have to wait until the actual Draft for the next pick trades to be announced (after the picks have been made)

Which is why they always say player A was drafted by this team or that team, when you know they were drafted FOR the team they were traded to. That **** annoys me. They say it for decades and give the drafting team some kind of credit.

1st rounder is guaranteed salary, right? Thus putting a cap hold on the payroll, meaning less money for free agents, right? Do we dip into free agent money, or just go for the 2nd rounders?

Indiana has improved a great deal with the additions of Jeff Teague and Thaddeus Young. I'm predicting the draft will be Epic tonight with trades, trades, and more trades.
