It's funny how everyone expects the Knicks to just bend over and take it because Melo and others teams want them to. No, the Knicks don't have to take it and their "credibility" doesn't take any hit by not letting themselves get hosed by a player and other teams, they don't have any right now anyway so they don't have to do anything to help everyone except themselves. Maybe teams will be ready to pony up real assets to get a professional scorer at the trade deadline.

So far the best rumored offer is Shumpert,Frye and whatever else filler for Melo. That offer will be there come the trade deadline.
No reason to take a bad offer in the summer. Melo doesnt give this team anymore wins than they would without him.

I think Ariza's staying. He's friends with CP3 and they need him to win now. He's an expiring contract so not much use to us.

I kinda agree with on that. But this has gotten to the point of no return I think. I just don't see Melo being on the Knicks when training camp rolls around.

I'm thinking we might start THJr, Frank, Lee, Willy and KP. Harkless, Dotson, Baker, Koq, Kuz, Lance off the bench. We still need a veteran PG I think. Maybe we can get Llull in the trade, Sergio, Jennings or Rondo?
