I just don't see the Knicks winning a close dogfight this time. The refs'/NBA's mission will be to make up the "bad call' from the previous game and even the playing field.

hard not to like/respect cade - he keeps his cool and you never see him complaining. at least in this series because i remember during the regular season a few times, forget if it was this season or last season where he was barking at the refs etc.

they let the pistons legally assault our guys the entire second half to manufacture a comeback. the rubes in middle america think the knicks get a lakers whistle. they don't realize the league uses us as a whipping boy to prop up small market teams. they want this pistons team to be "bad boys" so bad. what i see is an elite point forward and a cast of mids being allowed to play prison ball.

come what may, jackal swept the pizza box

fans and media always over emphasize what happens at the very end. knicks should have had the rebound anyways it was a miracle the ball just rolled to hardaway there.

can't fault the refs for not calling what would have been a soft foul and lame way to end the game. end of games refs swallow their whistle this isn't anything new. especially on some mad scramble after a loose ball.

the annoying this is it's another narrative changer. game 3 the knicks made clutch play after clutch play down the stretch and what was largely talked about was the non call brunson backcourt violation. this game everyone is going to talk about this non call instead of the INSANELY clutch plays by Kat and Cade going 0 for 2 with a turnover in the last 3 possessions.

So the NBA universe whines about Jalen foul-baiting but THJr was doing a "smart veteran move"? How about he tries to fcking make the shot and that sh.it wasn't even close.

Not a bad comparison … without the turnovers

Even on the way the game ended, JB made a good move but couldn’t get the shot to go

Then we probably should have lost on the call

oh...I see what you were saying now...Well hopefully the fix isn't in-otherwise this would be the perfect 7 game series for ratings.
But yeah...I agree with your point- if we want to keep "control" of the outcome we need a blow out...

I like Cade … but his jumper and athleticism are slightly below where they need to be for more pure stardom

We need to bury them in the garden of dreams

Are the Knicks capable of blowout Ws in these playoffs? I don't even think our bench can hold a 15 point lead for more than 5 minutes if I'm being honest.

I think we proved we can take the pisstons but shots. Our main issue is consistency. We are not sharks and that's the mentality we need in the playoffs

the jumper has actually impressed me this series. didn't really know that about him. the athleticism is mitigated by his size advantage at the 1. scary guy if detroit can put guys around him. but now is not their time

that's only on out of bounds. the scenario of the end of knicks game today can't be challenged.

Thibs with another masterful coaching job!

I don't think you realize how bad Deuce was today (and I guess all post-season).

What happened to that guy….he has been non existent

He didn't work on his game in the offseason.
