People need to get over video games. Would it be better if dude was in a strip club and out partying?

Leave them folks alone.

Cleanthony Early pt.2?

Players can have a night out and not get themselves in trouble...

It might actually help with his anxiety.

I know. I wasn't trying to be serious about that. Just flashbacks is all. Lol.

At the end of the day, players need to be able to live their lives. As long as they're staying out of trouble.

EXACLY. I'd much rather have my players at home playing fort whatever instead of being out on the town. They don't even have to be doing anything wrong out there, just being who they are makes them a target.

Knox over his last 6 averaging 47% fg, 52% 3p, 75% ft, 15.6ppg, 4.5rpg, 1.8 apg. Shooting near 50% from 3 this month. I think he's still got a long way to go, obviously defensively we know his issues, but he's starting to play with a little bit more offensive control. Not a coincidence that since his shot attempts have gone down, his efficiency is up. He shouldn't be shooting 15 times per game.

That Knox/Mitch PnR they were running a bunch in garbage time (so after the 1st quarter? lol) was a nice tease.

I don’t think it’s entirely fair to blame Knox for the bad D. He’s just following the coaching gameplan.

Some of these kids are 19 year old mature men and some are still 16 in a 19yr old body(like I was!). It will be even worse when they let highschoolers in the NBA again. I think Lebron giving him advice is good, sometimes hearing things from a great player is different than hearing the same thing from your teacher or coaches.

A big portion of it falls on Knox. He falls asleep off the ball far too often and completely misses basic rotations. His rotations and anticipation remind me of Amare; he's that bad. I'm sure part of it is his age and he's still adjusting to the speed of the game but there's no excuse for some of the mistakes he makes on D: basic rotations you're taught in middle school.

Shouldn't the title of this thread be "A Defense for Kevin Knox"?

Hes showing potential this month. This why you gotta give these kids time. Hopefully he stays if we get KD. Thatll be a great mentor

The total lack of fundamentals and basketball knowledge these kids were lacking strait out of HS. They made the college kids look like savants. The product was going downhill and I was glad they changed it. Not looking forward to seeing them allow it again.

He's at least scoring efficiently lately. The kid is a scorer. If he can do that well, the other facets of his game will flow from that. If he can't, he's toast.

We're officially in the Shved zone.

A lot player's stats are about to see an uptick

This is true. But it would be really bad if he wasn't Shveding it up now.
