Look at Miles Bridges. Guy has really elevated his game in year 4. RJ can take another step this year and an even larger one next year. One step at a time.

Just show me double pick and rolls and Mitch and RJ PnR go get this man going against his home town team early.

Zion don't care. Put cheese on bread and it's going inside him.

Now there's plenty of room inside him for it ALL to fit. He could eat Long Island, too.

A guy I think is worth a look is Terrance Ross if IQ and AB continue to play like crap.

Really good point. I would just free Grimes though. I would rather look for long wing defender that’s on a bad team.

Let’s hope Randle takes that Raptors game seriously on both ends because Barnes can potentially embarrass him.

3 parts fat and add in some more fat. Then render the fat in fat and add more fat!

Zion could be a generational talent... but... he's fatter than Melo! He has about 12 more months in the league. He's Greg Oden and Roy combined? Can't remember Roy first name bit I know it's not Patrick.

RJ is gonna be a beast. I compared him to the importance of Pippen. After calling him a bust after 2 SL games! He's an all around baller.

Zion is a big fat pig with a 5 year lifespan in the NBA

I'm getting strong Eddie Curry vibes from Zion. Has great ability with apparently no desire to actually use it.

Nba know what they be doing. We got 3 back to backs in November and our opponents on the end of them are Hawks on road have to travel to ATL after a home game. Bulls on road heave to travel to Chicago after a home game, and Sixers on road have to travel to Philly after a home game.

So no back to back home games on a back to back along with facing our rivals on 2nd half of back to back?

Hanlen can go ahead and talk his sh*t, dude has been transparent about he and RJ's off-season training and said this past off-season they would be focusing on his pull-up 3's and shooting off the dribble. Its early, but definitely seems to have paid off.

No where near finished either. I remember Hanlen dropping plans for RJ for the next 3 offseasons

Brother... believe it or not, but that's an understatement. He looks nothing like that rookie who was hitting shots from all over the place. Quite frankly, as I've stated... I'm not sure he has a place on this team. I'd like to see what Grimes can do and then there's Rokas getting better over seas. Not to mention Deuce. He just isn't a PG and I've never seen a player trap himself as much as IQ by dribbling into a spot with nowhere to go and picking up his dribble. He's been downright HORRIBLE.

He been bad....trying to play PG. That experiment needs to be scrapped.

Very hard to tell. This isn’t the NFL with less than 20 games in the season. It’s 75+ games left. Anything can happen. Win streaks. Losing streaks. Injuries. Improvements. Regressions.
Going to wait at least another 20 games to start thinking about any type of potential transactions.

I really feel sorry for him. I don't necessarily think it's diet or discipline thing.

as is new orleans. Poor fella was screwed with the top 3 that year. I guess memphis mightve saved him.

I think this was just a taste of what RJ can do

What I mean is, you see the potential, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's still inconsistent the rest of the year with it, especially with those off the dribble 3s

It might not even be next year he gets consistent at it, maybe the year after. Which is why I've been loathe to put him in trade scenarios

Plus, for all the "lol RJ still can't finish" posts, he's at 77% at the rim this year, and 67% on layups. It's a small sample size, but that's significantly better than last year, it's just his finishing from 3-10 feet that's the issue (he's at 35.7% there), but he's steadily improving from that range since his rookie year (26.7%, then 31.8% last year)

So it might still take him another year or two to get where he needs to be, but it's looking like he can get there. Also just another reminder that the only guy on the team younger than RJ is Deuce by less than 3 months.

RJ is demonstrating the value of a championship work ethic. The great players use their offseasons to get better. He's doing just that.

As someone who has Kemba and Fournier in fantasy , ideal games from them statistically.
Congrats on great game from Rj
