Agreed. He's moving well without the ball. His shot hitch is gone. He's definitely brought in and adapted more than any other player so far. If he can get 20/4/4, I think he's locked in.

I respect that Brown has more players involved on his sets than Thibs, but not buying this starting lineup wins anything of value.

The sets for the starting lineup look like Mitch setting apick up high that doesn’t work, followed by 3 DHO that look like some weak variation of the Princeton offense, and eventually a contested 3.

Mitch can’t dribble, pass or shoot. He gonna bog things down until he gets injured. This starting lineup will look worse than anything Thibs trotted out. The bench will rescue them every game

Watching Mitch set a pick from Brunson and then watching two defenders trap Brunson is exciting basketball

Watching Mitch in today’s game is like watching the NFL but then a player checks in wearing a leather helmet and no face mask and he states “ok, let’s run the wishbone”

On an unrelated note, Mitch being the non spacer in the starting lineup might be even worse of an option offensively than Hart. At least Hart is a decent playmaker as the primary screener and will sometimes take a three. We now have Mitch getting the ball back on the perimeter and he can’t pass and he has never attempted a shot even outside the free throw line. Cant see how this team scores effectively all game.

If we hit threes at a decent clip then we don't lose the starters vs starters minutes. 26%, is awful. And terrible to watch as well, missed 3 after missed 3.

I don't know why Brogdon didn't play until late, I want to see him play PG with some starters, see how his veteran savvy helps.

Huk is a menace in the paint, I think Tosan can play, I want us to keep both Tosan and Garry Bird, and Pac has high offensive awareness imo and he will be a problem... considering he's only 20 he seems like a savvy vet offensively. Mitch was a game changer on defense yesterday. We have zero rim protection when he’s off the floor. And this 5 out offense isn’t a thing when Mitch is on the bench.
