terrible doesn't mean dysfunctional.

the biggest issue was enes kanter, and he had a legitimate gripe to complain as it was his walk year and wanted to put up numbers. even then it doesn't seem like a bad break up, but just business since kanter was wishing the knicks to win the draft.

they played knox big minutes knowing fully well he was one of the worst players in the nba as a 19 year old. it's a credit to knox that he didn't get shaken mentally and stayed confident in the garbage minutes part of the season and made some improvements.

just get into the weight room and gain some strength. defensive awareness and technique is where knox needed to show more of an improvement tho.

Statistically it was one of the worst rookie years ever for a guy in the starting rotation.

He was awful. He had a few flashes? He played a ton of minutes. He better have a few flashes. In reality, he was not good and showed no competency in any area other than shooting the ball. I'm not talking about scoring or shooting well. I'm literally saying he was good at getting FGA's. I'd trade him for a late 1st this year if NO doesn't want him.

not a big deal to me if trier feels slighted. he probably has a chip on his shoulder already because he wasn't even drafted.
