Randle can also shoot, Simmons wont shoot. Simmons PER is so high cause he only takes layups and dunks and also cause of his ability to pass, make him a scorer from the perimiter and I bet that PER # takes a big dip

His pick and pop was legend. I still am upset with Isaiah for trading him. He had great chemistry with Marbury

And most importantly his last name had a mechanical ring to it, like some obscure car part you'd need to keep your old Fiat running

I always thought of him as a species of bear. The Doleac Bear. Native to portions of Siberia and Mongolia and thought to be a close relative of the North American Grizzly.

Excellent point. Cousin to the Kodiak, but usually found wherever Kamchatka was on the Risk game board and sometimes known to dance with gypsies on moonlit nights.

I trade Randle for Simmons any day. That guy is a beast on defense. I'm not shatting on Randle, either...I'm optimistic about him. But to me, Simmons is a beast.

Disagree, Randle fits better. I don't think Simmons works in today's nba unless he's the point guard.

simmon doesnt have good def metrics so not sure where this def beast comes from. he is alot better than Randle at team ball for sure but that shooting issue has severely limited his impact during playoffs 2 seasons in a row now

Randle can't touch Weatherspoon's pump fake game. Weatherspoon would get into the paint, stand under the basket and pump fake like 10 times until finally getting blocked or outright missing. Stuff of legends.

I believe the answer is no but haven't gone through all the combos. They sort of each do what the other doesn't.

OJ & Mo-Ro.

They are basicay LJ and Camby, but Randle is closer to prime LJ than the 99 LJ.

Not a bad parallel.

I wish Randle defended like LJ. That was what made him so valuable, even with his back issues.
