This fiasco really shows how selfish and greedy people can be. There’s establishments that continue to run and allow 250+ people. Parties , going out & having a good time can wait. Peoples priorities are being exposed right now.

A few weeks of containment vs. what you're describing could be the difference between a soft landing and a massive outbreak. It's proven to work if you identify who is infected you can help them and keep them from infecting others. That's not happening yet so this will affect more people than it has to. Our medical system is bracing itself for a big shock.

We haven't discussed anything but imo there's no basketball so as long as things stay in bounds I'm not going to mess with political discourse. Keeps the community in tact at a time we need it most.

We're on basically the same case number exponential curve as Italy, only a week and a half behind. For some reason, our cases haven't been as deadly. Hopefully, that holds.

I'm hoping ours is a milder strain. There's some speculation of two strains but still early.
