k mart was a key piece on our 54 win melo team. dogged it out and randomly hit c&s 3's at a high clip

K-Mart is an ass hole but he was a guy you could win games with.

Good sign to hear this from Josh. As with Randle gone, he is our worst 3 ball guy that gets 28+ minutes a game. He has shot thirty eight percent from three previously. If he's closer to thirty eight percent instead of thirty two percent we'll be in good shape this year

Josh Hart won’t share all of his goals for the 2024-25 NBA season, but one is at the forefront of his mind:

“It’s to shoot better than 30% from three. That’s for damn sure. So I’m looking for that number to go up for sure. The attempts will go up, too.”

I heard Hart talking about working diligently on his shot this off-season with his personal shooting coach.

If he can up his efficiency to 34-35% that would be a huge development

You don't know that yet. If he's carving up people in practice he'll get a taste at least. Knicks haven't had a passer like Kolek for decades. He could have an instant impact coming off the bench even if he is a traffic cone right now.

I would have loved this move a lot more if we had sent out Mitch instead of DDV & somehow we were able to keep Hartenstein. That roster would be bananas with all the things you need to win a chip - shooting everywhere, rebounding, multiple go to options for crunch time, strong defense, and a ton of roster flexibility that could play small or big.

I have to see it. I think he's good but I was thinking about it and Thibs probably still will keep his rotation to 7 or 8 guys that he trusts
