I will keep saying that if it makes us come back and win. I’ll take the L for the team

He has had a bad series!

I will keep slandering KAT if it means he is able to have games like this. I will take the L for the team.

He has had a bad series!

Give me what you’re smoking fam.

KAT has one bad game in this series. We should have been up 2-1 because of him if the rest of the guys did not sh*t the bed in Game 1.

I don't necessarily think it's a bad pairing, but more of a coaching issue. Thibs needs to utilize those 2 weapons properly, instead of allowing both to go full iso.
C- Andre Drummond, Jared Sullinger

I gotta give Thibs credit for changing sh.it up.

I gotta give Thibs credit for sitting down Brunson cuz he was arse most of the game.

I gotta give Thibs credit for fcking finally playing Delon Wright instead of Cam Payne.

Hart is a guard, we need an Odom/Turkoglu/Diaw type of forward to make it work for both KAT and JB

Or at least a PG and make JB our SG

I really think I spotted something that was yet another huge lapse. Why is Mikal playing Hali so tight at the arc up 4 with 8 seconds to go?

It was all set up for YET ANOTHER moment of unforgivable stupidity. His defense was good, too good, and that's the point. Does this dude think? Does anybody on our team think? LOL.

No way he should have been that close. You can try a late close giving him a few inches. He was draped on him and it's like the only way you lose the game.

G1 didn't teach Mikal a thing. And his layup was weak as hell too. This guy sucks. Horrible all game.

And it's on Thibs to have him continuing to shoot 3's when he's effective in the midrange fallaway.

Just a disaster waiting to happen still. Don't trust Tom even a tiny, itsy witsy bit.

Completely off topic but they got to get a older PG to come in and help Brunson improve that part of his game

Also great game for KAT but the fact that defensively he and Brunson have to be staggered either by the coaches or by fouls says a lot and should be the biggest question about this roster. Like the offensive talent is definitely there but there is a glaring defensive hole on the roster as well.

I love that this team gutted it out. I think that might be maybe a core aspect of their team personality. Don’t quit!

he has been a bad distributor all season long

He looked out of it. He did have the big score though. I'm not trying to be "right" but I do think I'm right that KAT is the key and the fact that JB going out led to KAT igniting the whole team is really very noteworthy.

I also think KAT is a better defender in spots than JB, due to size and some aggression. He is a poor help defender, that's true. I would disagree that Mitch is a great help defender though. I do not see that at all, he gets caught napping.

KAT is an ok defender when he knows exactly who he needs to guard (need directions from defensive anchors like mitch or OG) and he STAYS home.

Mikal is a lot better defender than donte.

Hali is busting donte's ass. Mikal has kept him in check fairly well this series.

KAT had a rough day on a personal level. It was Dominican Mothers Day and his mother passed from Covid 4 years ago

Then KAT also has to hear the whispers that Giannis wants to take his spot and will ask the Bucks to trade him for KAT

Through it all, KAT still delivered

too bad that we can‘t win with KAT. otherwise we would be 3 wins away from the NBA finals.

towns need to show aggressiveness with wanting the ball

thats what randle does when he plays with jb. Sometimes it can be a bit excessive like randle bringing the ball across by himself but thats the gist of it

jb isnt soft. Thats why towns has to play like he really wants it rather than waiting for the pass

Nice try, it's not even cute.

We are ecstatic that he finally decided to do things we've been **** talking about ALL SEASON. It was nice seeing players that weren't gassed at the end.

Quote from Carlisle..."they finally decided to play their defensive players, and made things difficult".

So simple even a championship coach can see it.

Kat did nothing in the first half because he didn't insist on running anything through him like always. It isn't until he takes it upon himself when Brunson sits that he shows us his potential. He did the same thing in the fourth quarter of game one and gave us a 14 point lead that Thibs and his darling pg blew. This coach is still a bird and thank God he finally listened to "us". Now only if he can scribble some **** on a clipboard for Kat once in a while to score instead of "the game telling him what to do", it would be joyous.

Indy is just a tough matchup for JB. He was wonderful the first two series. Very bothered in this one.

I should say so far. We've seen him adjust before.

Run through KAT the rest of the series, let Brunson close it up end of each quarter.
