We need to have an honest conversation about this team.

Going 0-5 on the road to start the season with a weak schedule, and the Mavs are missing all their best players is extremely concerning, even if it’s early in the season.

Their perimeter defense is still awful and they cannot use injuries as an excuse as other teams have been dealing with the same issues.

I don’t see a contender right now. That may change, but Brown has not been much different than Thibs on the defensive side of things.

This is alarming to say the least.
