The ignorance and arrogance of the former GOP now QAnonsense party is staggering.

He’s really trying to push that NOT following the guikdeines is proof that the guidelines don’t work.

Seriously, how stupid do you have to be to vote for these idiots at this point?!

I agree with that, but Trump has been the primary guy who has lowered the standard of conduct for everyone across the country.

This guy has mocked people who have gotten sick, died or captured as POWs in war, calling them all losers for being in those situations. You can't expect everyone across the board to all of a sudden act with dignity when the guy who lowered the standards for everyone all of a sudden has a misfortune.

That is all true and reasonable. All I am saying is we should not hold ourselves to "Trump behaves horribly so I am now going to excuse myself for behaving as a horrible person." You dictate the person that you are, don't let Trump dictate it.

Trump stopped the USPS from sending 5 mask to every household and downplayed the pandemic. The man is a threat to every American everywhere. Folks have died going to his racist rallies and because of his laissez-faire attitude towards social distancing. The world would be a better place without him. He’s a bigger threat than Bin Laden ever was. Fawk Trump, his kids, friends and his dead racist daddy. You don’t stop bullies by being a puzzy.

That all seems excessive to me, the Antifa/Proud Boys mentality of violence is spreading and it is a direct result of Trump.

I'm just going to vote and hope enough people do to get him out of office. You can go about wishing death on him, it makes you very macho and definitely proves to others you aren't a puzzy.

Trump has lied so much that there is this skepticism out there that He, Melania, et al., and this whole COVID thing is a hoax designed to distract everyone from Trump’s taxes.

The mentality of violence is as American as apple pie. Started with our genocidal beginning and continues with the current war this country is embroiled in. No need to cherry pick groups. The violence is baked in and encouraged by the right. The pacifistic rhetoric is meant keep well meaning folks weak and toothless. There is no nobility in being weak. It’s simply impotence

This is a significantly worse place for the attention of the world to be than his taxes.

Hell, him being a white supremacist is a better story for him too.

None of that matters really.

The public, at large, doesn't trust him on this issue and his whole campaign was based on messaging that they handled Covid and its behind us.

He can't turn that around, but I agree that's the strategy he's going to try.

don't you think too many people around him have gotten sick for it to be a conspiracy ? 3 senators now. a couple journalists. one from the times i believe. people love to look for deeper meanings when the answer is often simple. they played fast & loose with social distancing guidelines and it caught up with them. and they're not alone, we're so deep into this now that a lot of people feel more relaxed about it then they once did.

I agree but I put nothing past this guy no matter how ridiculous it may seem. Trump is in desperation mode. Plus, we’re not getting as much medical info as we should be ... which I know can cut both ways.

I agree with all you said, but I don't think getting COVID helps him politically. He needs his rallies more than anything

I wonder who is controlling this message we’re about to hear? The doctors or the campaign?

It was a little weird in his video saying he has Covid and thinks he’s doing okay he has a purple tie on and then the video of him walking out to get flown to Walter Reed he has a blue tie on.

Could’ve been something simple because he changed. Maybe he recorded it right when he got it in case he started going downhill to make it seem like he’s doing better. Who knows it’s very weird the whole thing
