So here's the problem I see with Randle.

1. He can't deal with the TEAM functioning without him being a focus. The ball moves and we can get a shot without Randle always drawing attention. So what does he do...

2. He holds the ball longer than he should and tries to single-handedly put points on the board. But then...

3. To validate his accolades last season he demands respect from the officials and seeks contact instead of following through on the play.

He's not only hurting us but maturity wise he's regressing before our eyes. Not a good look from our "leader".
