He was in the training camp with Italian national team. 2 days ago I read that he asked and obtained the permission to fly to NY. I do not know if they decided to cancel either postpone it.

When is the Italian national team's first game? Gotta start figuring out where we can catch it online.

No rosters up yet. In terms of NBA players on the Italian team, Marco Belinelli and Andrea Bargnani are likely the only two. Gallinari won't recover from the ACL injury in time.

If Eurobasket ends on September 22nd and Knicks training camp starts the first week of October, I expect Bargnani to be in the best playing shape out of the whole Knicks roster.

The EuroBasket 2013 will take place from 4 September till 22 September 2013 in Slovenia. On August they will partecipate in 2 or 3 prepation Tournaments.

Coming from a Raps fan im actually gonna miss Bargnani! Had so much potential! If he can ever learn to play solid consistent D day in and day out he had the individual skills to be a star! Great passer, great scorer, decent one on one defender.. decent maybee lol.. if you want him to score he can for sure do that for you!

Its Dolan's belief that athlete's need to be cuddled and protected from the media....because this strategy has helped shield the Knicks from any controversy or negative press over the years.
