I want an explanation, even though it will be total BS from the spin machine. We can all name 20 guys that got stupid contracts when the payroll was over $100 million, yet we can't match this? This is just stupid. This wasn't about the money. There was more to it.

Good for Lin. I wish him well. Glad the Knicks didn't match for Lin's own sake. If you think about it, both Lin and the Knicks benefited from Lin's time in NY. Lin became an instant star and will begin a promising new career in Houston and the Knicks got a playoff appearance, a lucrative TV deal, and a big boost for MSG stock. I'm sure this will go down as one of the worst decisions in Knick history though and I can't wait for this disaster to unfold. I will be rooting hard against the Knicks until Dolan is gone.
