If your not gonna do anything at the plate these last 2 innings just call the game now. Put Cessa in dont kill Nelson and have him unavailable against TB.

Veterans like Paxton and Happ keep putting these kids in horrible situations, they can't be houdini every time.

Like I said, overmatched and overwhelmed. Higashioka has a cool sounding name but he's the poster child of career minor leaguer. He doesn't do anything well at the major league level.

He would help out Sanchez as well as the pitching staff as well but that just too smart of a signing.

Yep. God forbid the million or so you'd have to give Martin for 50 or so games.

Its sad that some of us are smarter then the Yankees when it comes to common sense at least. Cessa is back why not put him in down 5-3,were killing these kids.

We couldve be down 5-3 and had Nelson available against TB in the double header.

Not having Nelson doesn't bother me at all. Britton, Ottavino, Green, King, Loaisiga, Hale, and Avilan are all available. Pro of shortening doubleheaders to 7 innings.

Fair enough, not withstanding Nelson pitched an inning gave up the HR to Realmuto (ok fine) just take him out and get Cessa work down 5-3. Oh well this is why you get off to a good start game turned out the way we kind of expected anyways Happ vs Wheeler.

Angel Hernandez with the rally killer.

Boone, how do you not tell Andujar to work the count on Neris?! Could've made him unavailable later.

He sucks, he needs to be driven out of the sport. Team needs to learn their lesson of not sending out Happ out to the mound though maybe some losses when he pitches will send the message.
