It feels like the biggest 2 questions on final roster construction if this trade goes through will be:

1. Randle or Obi as our starting 4. If they are committing to Randle , Obi is quite possibly gone. Is he still 'inner circle' . Thibs and Dolan love Randle and I don't think last year (dumpster fire/possible aberration) changed their minds. Would be slightly surprised if they ended up keeping both (though this is a possibility too).
2. Our backcourt logjam after the 2 starters. Fournier, Rose, Quickley, Grimes. Feels like at least 2 possibly 3 of these 4 will be moved.

Also related: Will they opt to move some vets for salary cap flexibility in a subsequent trade and to open up more playing time for the young guys? Also feels like at least one of Melo/Pascal end up on this team. Could it be both?

imagine rooting for a team that just reupped harden to choke in the playoffs and piss off your franchise player forcing him to ask out in a year or two then having the audacity to come to another teams board to talk a lil sht about RJ Barrett.

My guy, Guano just posting here until he reveals he was Jazz fan this whole time (The Baguette Reaper is traded to Utah).

if I was smart I would - but here I am. They're about to unload their midget "super star" on us to get a real franchise talent in the draft.

If you could play Simmons with Donovan and Jalen, and RJ, that could work. Ben and Mitch, 3 scorers. Randle for Ben.

Doubt the Nets are thinking about Simmons right now. If they could move Simmons, they’d go for Donovan theirselves. KD & Kyrie got them messed up. I’d keep Randle over Ben tbh. I don’t even know if that kid is capable to play at a NBA level anymore mentally.

Right around page 50, Donavan Mitchell is going to tweet that his favorite movie is Gangs of New York and we will have another 50 pages on why this confirms he is coming here.

The Utah radio host is legit. Anyone that doesn't think so is a scarred long time Knicks fan and I get it, trust me.

The trade is almost done. That was not an act by the host. He leaked it a little early, but I fully expect the trade to be announced today or within the next week.

Brunson “just be authentic and don’t point fingers. I think that’s the first step In connecting with fan base”

-Wanted to work out with summer league guys to get a head start on the season before training camp.

-Aware of the expectations rather show it than talk about it.

Yes Jalen, don’t be like Randle.

Randle was one of the worst starters and worse than most Bench players in the entire **** league. His numbers came from the first half of the season where he dribbled the air out of the ball and bricked every **** shot especially his patented ISO end of the Q bricks like he's even remotely that player.... This is why Thibs is so **** clueless.

Jimmit79 & Chanel Bomber will form a potent all time RJ hate back court, while Ghetto Gospel holds down the 6th man position....I look forward to it :D

and they were surrounded by good 3 and d guys in melo and sham with an elite rim protector in nedleeds.
contender for sure !

I like the idea of Aller giving a little more in value than he wanted and then going hard to make up that overage in future trades over the next few months because that's his wheelhouse.
