You’re not listing anything besides the fact it wasn’t listed in his court records. That doesn’t mean anything. It wasn’t the reporter who found his party affiliation by his phone number/public record, it was Linda Kerns the Republican National Committee's election integrity council for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania… so how does that discredit anything? The staffer was also republican. These are just quotes from them, what does that have to do with the reporter or his reputation? These are direct quotes from these people. Find the guys public info if you have the time and post it yourself if you want to prove this wrong.

You mean like Democrats going to Court to try and prevent 3rd party candidate RFK Jr. from being allowed on the ballots - and then when RFK Jr. cancels his campaign to join with Trump - going to Court to try and prevent RFK Jr. from removing his name from the ballots. That's priceless.

Do you understand that each state has rules about being on the ballot? And in some states if you ignore those rules you can be removed off the ballot. I find that all grievances from the Trump cult or Trump defenders come from the fact that you literally don’t know how anything works.

Anyway, in the summer, my state sued to keep RFK off the ballot. Now they are not letting him off the ballot. That was my point. The reasons are obvious why states do what they do, even for a genius like you - you prefer to take the no nothing cult game which is pretty much how these political cesspool threads work. I rarely comment but the hypocrisy is too funny in this instance.

What state are you in? Send me the details of both cases from a reputable source. I can guarantee you that you’re missing out on a lot of context of what happened. For example pro tip, the party that sues to get someone off the ballot isn’t the same party that decides if they stay on the ballot. Send me the details if you believe you’re right

Part of the reason I’m convinced Trump is fighting an uphill battle. He’s losing support when he’s supposed to be expanding it. Stand back and stand by, true Patriots are about to make Trump go through some things.

The desperation of Trump supporters and the GOP in general has been evident in their insistence that Trump has gained support in the black community. In reality, it appears the only demographic he may have picked up support in is the illiterate TikTok Bros voting their first time. Otherwise, Trump has had major erosion in support since 2020 in so many key demographics, but particularly women voters and over 65 voters which is the majority of the voting pool now.

Meanwhile, Harris has mostly made inroad on demographics vs. the support Biden had in 2020.

It is not likely Trump can get more votes than 2020, but it is quite probable Harris will get more votes than Biden did.

Therefore, I expect the margin of the popular vote to be bigger in Harris' favor, but because of the electoral college we're still going to be holding our breath until the votes are counted.

I hear what you’re saying. Typically what you see is either the top of the ticket drags down or pushes up down ballot candidates. What’s going on in some of the polling is the opposite trends. These Senate races aren’t close but there’s no effect at the top of the ticket? Remember Biden won both Nevada and Arizona. You’d think that if mini Trumps and Trump would be affected similarly. I think there’s something off about the polling even in swing states.

Think of it this way.

You've voted Republican your whole life, but you're completely sick of Trump even if you voted him for before. There will be a fair number of Republicans who vote for Harris and the rest of the down ticket they'll vote red.

Crap weasels like Cruz can have the same effect on voters in Texas. They could vote red overall yet vote for Allred instead.

There may also be a sliver who don't vote for either Harris or Trump or even a third candidate but do show up to vote on other races. My guess is those voters would be primarily Republican who vote the down ticket red while withholding a vote for POTUS which would help Harris. There be far less doing that on the blue side. Pretty much any democrat voting is going to vote blue top to bottom.

In sum, the attrition on these variances will generally favor Democrats IMO mostly due to disgust with Trump.
