Doncic has just won everything that could be won in one season.

just looking at there old college clips they look like they have clear upside advantage even for there age. Mikal looks a bit limited outside of being athletic and defending/shooting

I think Jimmy Butler is a better example than those other guys

Even Jimmy was a better rounded player except he didnt have a big stand out skill on offense. Mikals shooting actually stands out as an area he could possibly be elite in at the next level.

I see him being used like a otto porter or middleton, thats still a good pick at 9.

jimmy butler went to school for 4 years and averaged 2.6 point his first year in the league. nobody thought he was gonna be special. so who really knows. nobody can measure how much someone can improve and how quickly it can happen.

Seeing alot of mocks having Carter Jr going 7th and Sexton also going higher which is gonna shake up the draft board, 1 of trae young, mo bomba, mpjr might fall to us

I hope he drops, he doesn't deserve to suffer with the Kings or Suns.

““In the Knicks workout, I was really good,’’ Knox said. “Good competition — me, Miles Bridges, Zhaire Smith, Bruce Bown, Hamidou Diallo. All competitive guys going at it 3-on-3. It was really competitive. I was just trying to show a lot of these coaches what I’ve been working on. And that’s what I did at the Knicks workout. Yeah, I did pretty well [against him]. He’s a good player — at Michigan State for two years. We went at it two times. It was really good. With the Clippers, we got after it, too. We played really well. We both shot the ball really well. The Knicks workout was really competitive, grinding it out, getting in different situations, going against each other in the post. We just did very well. I’m not going to say he didn’t do good, but I probably did better, according to the coaches. But we both played really well in both workouts and I give him his props.”

Too much Knox talk makes me think it could be B.S. Seems like the media is going out of its way to make a big deal of this workout, which could be the Knicks feeding them that info on purpose to drive up his stock.

Side note: not a big deal, but kinda dont like him commenting on Bridges. He probably should have declined to comment when asked to compare his workout to others, or should have just left it at "we all competed hard, great workout" something like that

Doncic is special you can see it from the way he plays, I don't know how to describe it, just can see it after watching basketball for almost 2 decades

That's Troy Williams with the shirt wrapped around his neck.

yep. i'll be good with him too.

i wonder what the knicks will do with the lineups though. they're not gonna play frank and timmy together in the backcourt. so mikal or frank is coming off the bench.

Why wouldn't they play Frank and Timmy together?

Not a great fit together IMO. THJ is not good enough on offense to warrant taking the ball out of the hands of what I hope will be our best facilitator

Why would Tim be the dominant ballhandler?

I hope he gets picked 8th.

I hope him and Lebron reel off 3-4 straight championships.

I hope he’s a first ballot HOF lock.

I am looking fwd to the avalanche of excuses made

I remember the ball in his hands a lot. I wish he played off the ball more. Would be a 100x more potent.

I would trade our #9, next year's first, THJr or Lee plus take Chandler Parsons off of their hands for Doncic. No one will beat that trade offer and Doncic's worth it.

Hopefully, with a real coach, he's used better.

If we're starting Frank at PG, I expect us to let him organize the offense
