But he called Robinson old and said, I invited you to MY show, I ask the questions..lol. This kid is entertainment, where else in the NBA would he have EVER imagined having a segment that's his own?

Tell you what, I would bet money that the Knicks braintrust thought hard about this. They saw how funny but introverted Mitch was and decided to help develop him not only on the court but off of it as well.
Mitch is one of the Knicks jewel prize projects.

It was Mitch being Mitch, but he could have really went in. Basically have them laugh a little with you.

As for the segment, this isnt the first time the've done this. Landry Fields and Andy Rautins had a segent when they were here too.

Mitch of course is awesome though, those two were bums.

the general board is mostly terrible and this thread is a great example. you have a few guys who are fans of other teams who have watched him enough that they can comment honestly but they're the minority. you have people giving an opinion just to give an opinion because you ask most people any question and they'll give you an answer even if they're completely uniformed to do so. you have knick fans feeling the need to convince these same people who don't really watch him even though it's obviously a waste of time. then you have people who hate the knicks, hi nets fan in the thread, who use the thread as an excuse to slyly bash the knicks in some small way. there's nothing to be learned here.

While it’s definitely encouraging seeing Mitch coming out of his shell the new (tough guy) additions are definitely gonna help shake some of the goofiness out. For the entire locker room for that matter. I’m not killing him about it, he’s a kid and I get it. But having some serious dudes around will go a long way in forming these kids’ approach to work.
