Lottery Bound wrote:You guys have to understand that Melo is trying to help the Nuggets out too because unlike another free agent this past summer Melo is actually saying "Thank You for the great years we spent with each other and I won't let you go empty handed". That's a class act.

He doesn't give a **** about the Nuggets. He has held his team hostage all season, and allowed this thing to reach farcical levels. Said Knicks even if by FA all year until the fire got hot. He chose the money. He has 65 Million reasons to be a "class act". Just a rationalization of greed.

Also what did you mean by thank Amare??? Please go into at least some detail.

Steinbrenner is a total douche too. **** that guy 1000000000 times. And I never talk bad about the dead but he deserves it. Did you see his bronze at the New Yankee Stadium? His bronze is the biggest and it's above Joe Dimaggio and someone else (Mantle maybe). Ego maniac.

You don't have to respect him but the FK is wrong with you saying he deserves to die?

Where did I say that?

And I never talk bad about the dead but he deserves it. Maybe poor choice of wording but it sounds like you're saying he deserves to be dead

my problem with Dolan is that at the end of the day he only cares if he makes money. He doesn't care if we win or not. About 5-7 years ago he was asked if he would rather not make the playoffs for 5 years and then win a championship or would he rather make the playoffs for 5 straight years but not win it. He chose playoffs for 5 straight years. So no surprise he sees Melo as a means to make money and nothing else. :nonono:

Id much rather give up gallnari than fields. WIth gallinaris back problems you never know what would come up in the future. Also, fields is a better fit with amare and melo.

I'm just wondering where do we go from here? It's like throwing the season away. We don't have the depth to compete at a high level without the rest of these guys like Gallo, Chandler, etc.

if we have to take back Free Candy, Dolan has to throw in 'The Straight Shot'.

Haha...no you're not. You are just emotional because we are losing Gallo. I'm pissed too but you'll get over it. He'll come back for the MLE in a couple of seasons.

Man I hate Isiah so much.. why can't he just leave the Knicks alone and mind his own business.

Donnie had this one on lock, he was gonna call the NJ bluff and get a better deal for sure.

Isiah = Illuminati

I wouldn't mind seeing Balkman back in a Knicks uniform! Atleast if he still has his custom Knicks car he can put it to use again! LOL
