Max Cats, Rookie Contracts and minimum salaries until you're ready to contend seems like the wave.

Exactly. Funny thing is he is wrong. I actually love all the same types of PGs he does and love the same types of SGs as he does. Right now Frank doesn't fit either scenario. Frank's style of play is alot more Pablo Priggioni

Oh, that's interesting. And we all loved Pablo.

He really just has to be passable at scoring. He hasn't been. But that's the bar.

2 years into a career is way too early for anyone to be a bust.

2 years into a career is way too early for anyone to be a bust.

Especially considering that Frank was only 18 years old when he came into the league. Hes the same age as some of the current rookies in the nba. If anything he got a jumpstart.
