tbf, they weren't wrong about precious making some decisions that even Julius would question thankfully Thibs doesn't seem to be giving him much room to make those baffling decisions though, so precious can focus on the things he can do extremely well, like play D and provide energy.

I don't think people watched Precious in college. He was a back to the basket monster that was undersized in the NBA and had to play face up 4/5. There was a learning curve.

Thibs has him playing more like Memphis than Toronto.
