I think we can all agree that this is an important year for both Frank and DSJ. I'm looking forward to a very competitive training camp and preseason. If Fizdale knows how to actually coach, he can use this dynamic to not only find the group of rotational players and but also playing combinations to maximize results. These guys have all worked hard this off season knowing the significance of this season to their careers.

I just don't trust Fizdale to properly utilize this situation to the benefit of the team. He feel like he has an agenda.

What will actually happen is Payton will start and take minutes away from both.

He really just has to be passable at scoring. He hasn't been. But that's the bar.

It just occurred to me the name Pablo Picasso is reasonably similar to Pablo Pickpocket

Pablo Picasso was never called an assh*le.

People stood and stared

Just explained this the other day to someone who has a dog named Pablo

They did not comprehend

Looks like we'll have to start counting guy's AAU years against them, in terms of if they have developed "fast enough"

Dont get me wrong, but him getting the starting spot isnt because he deserved or earned it ! Its because Heurtel is injured !
Im super happy he gets to play as a starter, but its just a combinaison of events that made him get this role !

Well, yeah...he's probably happier playing for a team that runs plays, that actually gets him involved, etc.

True. Plus, this is how he smuggles in the Brie. It’s difficult finding good Brie in NY.

Exactly. Funny thing is he is wrong. I actually love all the same types of PGs he does and love the same types of SGs as he does. Right now Frank doesn't fit either scenario. Frank's style of play is alot more Pablo Priggioni

i had the same exact thought. there's a lot of similarities.

Oh, that's interesting. And we all loved Pablo.

He really just has to be passable at scoring. He hasn't been. But that's the bar.
Pablo iirc was alot more active, cutting and setting screams.

Frank should be crashing the offensive boards, cutting, and setting screans constantly. he can't just go to a corner and stay there
