So I'm thinking about Buffalo NY as a possible destination. Did you know that it's the only city on the eastern seaboard that has a full oceanic view of the western sunset. The city is completely surrounded by water YET is one of the safest cities in a drastic climate change era. Average home prices are very affordable as well. Great architecture and lots of parks.

Look at the annual snowfall. Look at the average number of feet of snow on the ground throughout the winter. It's far from the coldest city in the US, but it has snowstorms that pick up moisure from the Great Lakes and drop it on Buffalo, Rochester, and surroundings. So if you love snow, cool. If not, it's just brrrrrrrr.

rj don't got the pre injury oladipo's speed or athleticism, he got this versions .

As the NY Knicks prepare for 2021 free agency, there seems to be zero consensus among fans and analysts as to who the top targets should be.
