Brunson knew they game plan him the most, so he took advantage of their over-concentration on him and he led Thompson away from the play as easily as my parents could distract me and hide the candy. This kind of misdirection is key to all visual tricks, including magic, which is exactly what this shot was.

Shout out to kat for a key contest and steal in the closing mins. He had a rough one but we dont win without that effort.

Just on the opening screenshot, isn’t he holding Ausar’s arm?

Brunson is merciful.

He was holding Thompson back in a last ditch effort to spare him the cruel death that awaited him.

 snatched 15 rebounds and he kept Duren off the glass. We got killed on the boards in game 5.

I think I figured out one thing with KAT. He doesn't go back to certain spots or pet moves. He could master two things and just keep doing them but instead he's trying to do something different each time. Thus a read and react offense so to speak is the wrong one for him. He has almost too many skills, and I think he's free lancing a lot.

Just stick to like two or three things and do them till the cows come home.

Hopefully Mitch can add something chasing the perimeter. I think Precious can too. Maybe both should play this series.

Brunson shook him so far, Thompson won't be able to buy Pistons playoff tickets next year!

Yo, that cross is being compared to Jordan's against Byron Russell. That's how deft it was. Mike's was a bigger shot because of the stage.

But Brunson, with that legendary clip, against a better defender, JB hit a go ahead 3 to take the lead, closing out a series on the road.

Somewhere, Alan Iverson and Nate Archibald endorsed that move. Jj

This win was more relief than celebration.
We got away with a lot of bad missed shots, poor offensive execution, bad overall shooting days, falling asleep on defense play.
Duran had two important jump balls where he punted it out of bounds. Celtics are not sloppy. We screw up, they score 3. We shoot 25% from 3, we lose by 25.

"layup line kal"

look at mikal with the leadership dragging everyone's ass out for layup lines!

Again, does not reflect well on the HC.....One player preparing his teammates against coming out flat in games, other player completely taking over everything in crunchtime. What exactly is Thibs' role in all of this?

That actually shows unity.

The current environment fosters responsibility which is expected by Thibs.
The many leaders on this squad.reflect that, from Brunson, to JHart, OG and Mikal.
Kal's layup line is welcomed fam.
