I can't say I'm surprised. Our medical staff is clueless when it comes to injury recovery. I expect him to be out 6-8 weeks based on past history with our incompetent medical staff.
Make the Knicks great again!

Damn are we tanking or something ---- guy was minutes from supposedly starting last night.

Maybe we are trying to both tank / showcase other players for trades --- I'm reaching...I know just frustrating if this is just another injury that goes from day/day to almost a month.

Bargs will soon be announced out for year with bad hammy.

We'll be fine.

I mean I love Optimism but Melo is definitely not better then 05-06 Kobe. Smush wasn't a push over either.

Shump to me already looks like a liability offensively at the 2 guard but when he can make plays and be a 4th option on offense he plays well.

I kind of like this.... Maybe shump can get going at the 1 with just focusing on moving the ball

Shump
Jr
Melo

Dally
J.R. Smith's last-second whiff left the Knicks with a sixth straight loss. But J.R. would do it again. "I think we went with the best shot," he said.

I agree with that. I think he should because he has far more professional experienced than Larkin and a much better PG.

Idk if he's better defensively though especially against a pg like Irving. Did you see what Aaron brooks did to him?

I like Larkin but you think he's better than Prigs? Definitely quicker but I think that's all.

As story indicates, idea of Marc Gasol taking big man baton from Duncan is something Spurs would not complain about - http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nb ... /18176469/

this is why wins and losses do matter this year

Exactly.. remember when a guy said things can't possibly go as bad as they did last year? Well that guy was a fool because they always can when you're the NY Knicks.

I blame voodoo. A lot of people hate the Knicks. Has to be voodoo.

It's really something, man. This team is completely **** without Jose. Lucky to get out of this stretch above .300.

Well at least they won't be getting our hopes up this season. Just horrible news. Our offense looked terrible last night, he was the hope for immediate improvement, but now that's gone.

Well the Spurs will win more than we do this year. But in the end, I don't think your record matters too much in free agency. Being horrible over a few years may have taken us out of the LeBron running. But that's LeBron, coming off his playoff failure.

I think a guy like Gasol will weigh money, city, cast. The Spurs will still have Parker and some pieces, but hopefully Melo evens that out. He won't want San Anton over NYC as a city. We got a shot.
