Everyone has been encouraging me to attend law school, but I don't want to wait another 3 years to get my life started. I have the grades and skills for it, and the debt won't be too bad because my mom makes pennies, but I went to a private college and my debt is around 60k already. Any law-school goers with advice? I'm not too sure I want to be an attorney, but I like a lot of the skills it teaches and how good it looks on a resume.
Im in law school now.
If you dont care to take the LSAT and drop a few hundred on applications fees it could be worth applying to school and seeing what scholarship offers come to you (if you have good grades, and strong LSAT score you'll get offers). I was on the fence on what I want to do, took the LSAT, applied, got a nice offer and now I'm in law school and loving it.
